To war or not to war: jazavci

Ok, im recommending a war on the alliance jazavci ( http://uni108.ogame.us/game/allianceInfo.php?allianceId=532 ). It has 2 players in it, and they both have lots of resources, and they could easily be killed by a high ranking player. I will post the espionage reports as soon as possible. They are probing all of my planets,even in the hive. This is a threat to lower-ranking players, because they have found our hive, and they are bandit lord class players.
They cant touch me due to my defenses, but I gave them a warning, and they didn't listen. They both are bandit lords, so honor isn't an issue, and they have 1million metal! They know the position of our hive, and therefore: they will attack lower-ranking alliance members. They must be stopped!

this player has a moon, and he is a bandit lord, with astrophysics 9. He has colonies, which means that he most likely has a large fleet hiding somewhere. We should be careful, i will scan systems for jazavci planets and I will post espionage reports.

My probes were shot down
I sent 3 probes, so his fleet is here. Someone should send 12 probes to see what is on his planet, I cant right now because I lost my probes while probing his other planets.

brave heart has a rank of 93 military-wise and jazo has a military ranking of 128. Our high-ranking military members are evenly matched with there fleets, but the difference is is that we have more people, so we can do joint attacks

atm 64 destroyers 32 bc, and some other stuff. Ive been focused on research network and soon to be 7th colony, and probably 8th after that. Rededicating myself to my original mining interests before abo showed up.

My concern is the same as always, the cost of the attack and what to do when Im there.

I have a planet at 1:220 and it is espionaged CONSTANTLY. I get attacked rarely because I transport all the resources daily to the hive. the rare attack is just the cost of doing business I fear.

I worry that if I spend the roughly 250k deut to send my ships all the way to universe 1, they are far more likely to get noticed. I dont have 2 planets in the same system to fleetsave between, (2 system fleet save on 30% speed is still like 15k deut each way, 30k a day, which the planet would not really support, Id need to cart in deut just to keep the fleet mobile, more for attack attempts, that will likely be recalled a few times I am sure).

All to get a peice of not THAT much in resources :/ there is no question that the 500k in deut just to move the fleet there and back would not be recovered, to say nothing of losses in the battle or the risk of the fleet getting destroyed in the center of the far more active universe 1.

I cant say that this makes good sense for me to participate in, but if the officers say so, I will find a way to help the alliance.

Im more interested in the guys closer to home in universe 3. The hive is in U3 specificly to deter people from making the trip out to us, and we are considering doing exactly that; any and all of them. anyone that dares to settle in the first 100 systems should be farmed relentlessly IMO.
